We’re Bowling!!!!

Bring your best game…or your granny bowl.

Saturday February 23^rd

3:30-5:30pm (get there early to get ready)

Sign up for the event in the coffee bar at FBC (we have reserved lanes)

M-66 Bowl, Pennfield

Caravanning from the church to the bowling alley (departure is at 2:47pm)

$2.75 a game with free shoes

Snack bar will be open at the bowling alley for snack and drinks.

No outside food or drink allowed.

(TENTATIVE) 6:00 – 7:00

stop for a bite to eat (location to be determined) and then head back to church.

I have noticed people have been checking in to see others stories…this is great!

After a conversation with someone last night they expressed pressure to do something very quickly with the money. I encouraged them…just as I encourage you…take your time! Ask God to show you something in the next month that he wants to do with that money.

It is not a burden…it is a honor to be trusted with His money to bless someone else.

At the Gathering on Friday the 18th we processed the parable of the talents in Matthew 25. Each person is entrusted with abilities, gifts, skills, resources, etc. Each person is also surrounded by opportunity to be an advocate for good. At the end of the night envelopes where passed out to each person. In the envelope, the amount ranged from $5 up to $100. Each person was told that there was two conditions on the money.

1. It must be used to impact someone’s life.

2. You must share your story.

Announcement-Members of Like Jonathan to lead Worship and Concert

Special announcement for the Gathering on Friday January 18th.

Members from the band Like Jonathan will be performing a mini concert and leading worship for the Gathering at Family Bible Church.

The concert will begin around 6:30PM and will end shortly before the Gathering at 7PM where they will be leading worship.

Come in, get a cup of coffee, and enjoy Like Jonathan.
